Refund Policy

At Medical Tourism RN, we strive to deliver exceptional patient advocacy services tailored to your unique healthcare journey. Because our work involves customized planning, research, and coordination, the following refund policy applies:

Non-Refundable Consultation Fees

All initial consultation fees are non-refundable. This fee covers the time and expertise involved in assessing your needs and developing a preliminary plan of action.

Service Fees

Once a service agreement is signed and work has begun, fees are non-refundable. This includes time spent on research, coordination, communication with providers, document preparation, and any other activities performed on your behalf.

Canceled Services – Before Work Begins

If services are canceled in writing before any work has started and before the agreed-upon start date, a partial refund may be considered, minus a 15% administrative fee. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Canceled Services – After Work Has Begun

If services are canceled after work has commenced, no refund will be issued. Work is considered begun once any planning, communication, or research activity related to your case has been initiated.

No Refunds for Third-Party Services

Medical Tourism RN is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services (e.g., healthcare providers, clinics, transportation). Clients are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those providers and are encouraged to review them carefully.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, approval of such refunds is not guaranteed.

We are committed to transparency and fairness. If you have concerns about your service or charges, please contact us directly. We welcome the opportunity to resolve issues in a respectful and timely manner.
